Program 01 / Striking

Kickboxing

All Levels Mon · Wed · Fri 60 Minutes

Full ring system kickboxing. Hands, kicks, knees, footwork, defense, and combinations drilled to be usable, not pretty. Built on the same training framework that produced IKF World Champions at our Rogers headquarters.

Every class follows a familiar structure. Warm up. Technique block where you learn the move slowly. Pad rounds with a partner who is trained to hold for you. Bag rounds where you load up. Conditioning to finish.

Sparring is optional and earned. Bring a mouthguard once a coach says you are ready and you can step into the round work. Until then you keep building.

  • Boxing fundamentals taught alongside Muay Thai and Olympic style kicks
  • Round timer based class structure with explicit rest periods
  • Pad holders coached on how to hold so you can throw with intent
  • Heavy bag work that builds power without breaking your wrists
  • Optional contact sparring once the coach signs off
  • Open to first time students, returning athletes, and active fighters
Program 02 / Tradition

Olympic Taekwondo

White to Black Tue · Thu Belt Testing

Olympic full contact Taekwondo, taught the TCB way. We train hard. We promote slow. You will earn every belt and every stripe through the work, not the calendar.

This is a serious traditional program. You will learn forms, basics, kicking technique, and Olympic style sparring. Belt testing happens when the student is ready and not before. There are no shortcuts. There are no participation belts.

For families who want a discipline based program with measurable progress and a culture of respect, this is the room. For adults who want to train their body and mind together, this is the room.

  • Olympic full contact ruleset with proper sparring gear
  • Color belt progression with rank testing twice per year
  • Traditional Korean terminology and tenets taught alongside technique
  • Crossover training available with the Kickboxing program
  • Family rates available when a parent and child train together
  • Hosted seminars and inter school tournaments throughout the year
Program 03 / Youth

Kids Combat Club

Ages 5 to 12 Mon · Wed · Fri 45 Minutes

The Kids Combat Club is an age appropriate blend of kickboxing fundamentals, Taekwondo basics, conditioning games, and the kind of structure that helps a kid sit through math class on Tuesday morning. Background checked coaches. No full contact at the entry level.

Confidence is the goal. Discipline is the method. Anti bullying is a side effect. Kids learn how to handle themselves and, more importantly, when not to need to.

Parents are welcome to watch every class. We encourage it.

  • Two age groups for younger and older kids when enrollment supports it
  • Belt ranks earned at age appropriate testing benchmarks
  • Conditioning built into games rather than punishment style drills
  • Coach to student ratio maintained for safety on every mat session
  • School report card incentives and good behavior recognition
  • Summer camps and school holiday clinics offered seasonally
Program 04 / Competition

Fight Team Pathway

By Invitation Amateur Track Camp Format

For the members ready to compete. The Fight Team Pathway is not a class on the schedule. It is a relationship with the head coach, a programming block for fight camp, and a direct line into the broader TCB Army fight calendar.

You do not sign up for this. You earn it. The coach taps the people who are ready and walks them through the timeline, the gear, the cut, the camp, and the night of the fight. Some members compete locally. Some compete regionally. Some never compete and that is also fine.

For the ones who walk this path, the TCB network opens up. Training partners at the Rogers and Cassville facilities. Coaches across the network. Fights on the IKF circuit and beyond.

  • Sparring rounds on a separate dedicated night for fight team members
  • Strength and conditioning programming built into the camp block
  • Diet, weight management, and mental preparation handled by the coach
  • Corner work and night of show preparation by the coach personally
  • Pathway open to amateur and eventually professional competition
  • Cross network training trips to TCB Fight Factory in Rogers, AR
