The TCB Manifesto

Four reasons people drive past three other gyms to train with us.

We are not a chain. We are not a strip mall franchise. We are the Northeast chapter of a four generation fighting family that has produced IKF World Champions and Team USA athletes since 1997.

Championship lineage

Our curriculum traces directly back to TCB Fight Factory in Rogers, Arkansas. Aaron Kimball is an IKF World Champion coach. His standards are our standards. No watered down certificates here.

Olympic Taekwondo. Real kickboxing.

Two disciplines, taught with discipline. Olympic full contact TKD with belt progression alongside ring tested kickboxing. The same room produces black belts and amateur fighters.

Made for South Coast grit

Fall River, New Bedford, Somerset, Swansea, Tiverton. This is mill town muscle. Our pace, our music, our culture were built for the people who actually live here.

Everyone trains. Nobody hides.

Beginners share the mat with fighters. White belts share the mat with black belts. The only ego in this gym is the one you check at the door.

The Lineage

From a fight gym in Rogers, Arkansas to a mill on the Taunton River.

Aaron and Heather Kimball founded TCB Fight Factory in 1997. Four generations of fighting family. IKF World Champion coaches. Team USA athletes. A track record built on a simple rule: train hard, promote slow, and never sell a belt.

TCB New England carries that rule north. The Spindle City gave America its first industrial revolution. Now it is producing fighters who hold themselves to a championship standard.

Frequently Asked

Before you walk in.

Do I need martial arts experience?

No. Most members start with zero experience. Coaches scale the workout to your level. Your first class is structured so anyone can finish it.

What should I bring to my first class?

Workout clothes, a water bottle, and a willingness to sweat. Gloves, pads, and wraps are available to borrow. Personal gear becomes part of your kit once you commit.

Is this safe for my kid?

Yes. Our youth program is age appropriate, taught by background checked coaches, with no full contact sparring at the entry level. We earn your child a belt the right way, slowly.

How much does a membership cost?

Memberships start at $147 per month for one program and $197 per month unlimited. Drop in classes are $47. We discuss specifics after your first class so you can feel the room first.

How is TCB different from a chain kickboxing studio?

A chain studio sells fitness. We teach martial arts. Our coaches train fighters who compete on a national stage. You will learn how to actually defend yourself, not just hit a bag with poor form.
